We are Mika and Atte, two coffee-crazy engineers from Paahde. We wanted to develop a responsible coffee roaster after hearing that most of the coffee we use is roasted with fossil fuels!
We developed an innovative roasting technology that runs entirely on renewable energy - green electricity. Our technology reduces emissions from roasting by up to 90% compared to conventional methods.
Our biggest ambition is that our Innovative Roasting Technology can be a significant step towards more sustainable coffee production.

Our goal is to promote sustainable practices in the coffee industry and help coffee roasters improve the taste and quality of their coffee and reduce their environmental impact.
