We are Mika and Atte, two coffee-crazy engineers from Paahde. We wanted to develop a responsible coffee roaster after hearing that most of the coffee we use is roasted with fossil fuels!
We developed an innovative roasting technology that runs entirely on renewable energy - green electricity. Our technology reduces emissions from roasting by up to 90% compared to conventional methods.
Our biggest ambition is that our Innovative Roasting Technology can be a significant step towards more sustainable coffee production.
